The breakfast at the hotel was simply outstanding. With a wide variety of options to choose from, it felt like being in a gourmet festival. Every dish was carefully prepared and presented, making it a delightful culinary experience.

The room was spotless, the staff were super friendly, and the location was mind-blowing! The U and S station were right next to the hotel, and the harbor was just a 2-minute walk away. We could easily reach the central station and all the main attractions. Also, the restaurant in the hotel was great, and the ability to open windows for fresh air was a nice touch. The small but comfortable room had a fridge with a minibar, perfect for late-night drinks. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. Plus, being close to the riverfront meant there were plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Definitely a great place for a brief visit to the city!

The room was smaller than expected and had limited space beyond the bed and table, which could be disappointing for those on a vacation. check-out was earlier than desired at 11am, adding a bit of a rush to the morning.

During my stay, the hotel's location was excellent with a short walk to Landungsbruken station and nearby eateries. It was situated right next to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station which made exploring the city easy. I also enjoyed the view of the river Elbe from my room. The bathroom was clean and the service was good. The breakfast spread was ample, and unexpected amenities included an elevator and comfortable bed.

The small size of the lift which made carrying large pieces of luggage challenging.

I had such a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was cozy, the bed was super comfy, and the facilities in the room were excellent. Plus, the location was amazing, right next to the metro and within walking distance of the promenade and the Portuguese restaurant/bar district. The staff was also really friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located next to a metro station and close to the harbor. Good restaurant on-site. Ideal for tourists and those wanting to explore the waterfront.

Room was very clean and staff were friendly. Excellent location, close to many restaurants and public transport options. The breakfast was good and provided a lot of options for different tastes.

There was unfortunately a lot of noise coming from construction in the area which made it difficult to sleep at times. The Wi-Fi policy was also quite frustrating, with blocked internet traffic making it hard to access certain sites.
